Next, stare at the "plus" sign in the center of the dots for 10 seconds. What did it do, what happened?
Life goes by so fast...need to take a few seconds to write down and remember experiences that make me the person I am. 
when i followed the dots...they grew darker with each revolution...then staring at the plus first made the dots fade and then they'd vanish turn by turn!!!
