Lemme me see what I can come up with for some ideas. :)

Thanks for stopping by!Samhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02003071666378278422noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-109961467112774327.post-44323417452522843232008-03-13T18:48:00.000-07:002008-03-13T18:48:00.000-07:00First, let me say, I am a straight woman, and I ac...First, let me say, I am a straight woman, and I actually do understand the sentiment in this theory, but...

Over my almost 36 years, I've had three long term relationships and A LOT of not long term ones, too. I have made lots of money. I have made none.

The common denominator amongst them all is that I never once expected a man to pay for me. In fact, it makes me feel uncomfortable to accept expensive gifts and dinners (This coming from a woman who has dated CEO's, professional basketball players, even famous actors!)

You see, we women know what we can get away with. We even know the pressure you feel about paying for everything.

What you men need to figure out is how to decipher when a woman wants to be "taken out" for the sake of it and when she wants to be taken out to be with you.

This is my suggestion: If you are unsure, then do something creative on your first date, something romantic that will allow you to get to know one another without spending a ton of money. If it results in a second date, then go all out if you feel like it.

If you take a woman out and she balks at the idea of your romantic (inexpensive) gesture, she's not worth it in the first place.

Of course, it's up to you...Katrina Elderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11436564143162051042noreply@blogger.com
