Have you seen the stories on the news about all the flights being cancelled because of bad weather on the east coast? Over 1,500 flights in two days by just one carrier. Many travelers are mad. But, they got what they asked for, right? Not to have to be waiting in the airport or plane after a recent fiasco but they complained and whined anyway
The airlines acted quickly this time - "CANCELLED - GO HOME." No free tickets for you! Have you read the fine print - "We are not responsible for cancellations due to inclement weather."
So what should I do with the one-way airline ticket that I have from last August?
