This man is wanted for the rape of a three year old little girl. Last night we were talking about this guy and what should happen to him if this is true. He videotaped himself assaulting her about four years ago and the tape was turned in by Darren Tuck.Tuck, who also allegedly showed the tape to others prior to giving it to police, faces a possible 10 years to life sentence for exhibiting pornography and another one to six years for possession of child pornography - cnn.
We both were upset about the story, but I was upset that the news stations were showing the picture of the little girl unblurred. I understand why they did it originally to help find/identify her, but after they had, continued to show her photo along with her name, etc...Hmmm. Come on guys
What do you think should happen to him, if he is convicted?

those kind of people... nothing seems harsh enough... 10 years? then out on parole? people who harm kids... automatic life....
he should be physically tortured.
They caught him so he's gonna have to make sure he's locked in solitary for 24 hours a day or someone will kill him in jail.
