It's time for the double donation again. I got my call on my cell this time, seems like they tried calling me at my work number but no return calls from me, so I set it up for tomorrow during my lunch.

Life goes by so fast...need to take a few seconds to write down and remember experiences that make me the person I am.

I donate blood once every year. Though its safe to donate blood once in three months.
Here they let you donate every 8 weeks for whole blood, and 16 weeks for double red donation.
I am too scared of needles to donate. I really want to donate...I just haven't yet gotten up enough nerve. I've actually organized three drives, but never participated. UGH. I'm so ashamed.
mb, it doesn't hurt one bit. trust me.. It just looks scary. Feels wonderful that you're saving a life somewhere!
