Wanna Run with Me?

Before the Run I haven't been running No excuse, and no reason - I just haven't. Today, I got my shoes on and headed out the door. Yes, I put on my shoes at the door. :)

Since it was still light outside, I did the Water Park, Coors, hills and around back to Palm Ave (5 miles). The run was pathetically slow, but it won't take me long to get back into it. If it's dark then I'll run around the block.

Do you like to run?

I would run with you --- I'm not a big runner, but I did pretty good last summer running at Coronado beach every Tues/Thurs. I stopped when the time changed.....then in January I went out for a little jog....and I think I tore my miniscus (sp?) so my knee is killing me since. It took me 6 months of trying to heal it before I went to the doctor...now he's got me in physical therapy but it's doing NOTHING...another week of it then back to the doctor for hopefully an MRI and whatever it takes to fix it!!!!!!!!! I'm very frustrated!!!! Have fun running....

Not by myself. I'll run with you when I finally move down to San Diego.
