Of all the contacts you have, how many of their phone numbers do you know by heart? An even lower number would be the addresses of these contacts. The reason I ask these is because a friend of mine wanted didn't have their cell with them and wanted to call their friend so I handed my cell over to them, and they said they didn't know the number, just the speed dial number.
A weird thing about me is that I've never used the speed dial. I just punch in the number each time.
No wonder we can't remember anything. Do we rely on technology too much?
Of those that you do know by heart, who are they? Do you know their address too?
Life goes by so fast...need to take a few seconds to write down and remember experiences that make me the person I am.
